Youth Work

This is the Strouden Park Youth Work which caters for all ages of children, from babies in the creche through to the late teens/early twenties.

There are church outreach clubs, such as The Ministry (age 6 to 11), The Central (age 11 to 16) and Bible based teaching groups on Sundays (TCC) for those acquainted with the church or who want to discover Jesus.

Parents & Toddlers

A safe and spacious area allows the toddlers to move around and participate in the various activities, whilst parents can choose to sit and relax whilst the children make new friends. There is no charge for this group.

Townsend Local Church

Can't make Church on a Sunday? Come along for a time or worship, prayer and discussion. All age groups are catered for and refreshments are served throughout the evening.

The CoffeePot

Visit the Coffee Pot every Friday Morning with FairTrade coffee and delicious cakes. All proceeds go to TEAR Fund, we look forward to seeing you.

The Central

A youth club for teenagers aged 11 to 16. We run organised games, including pool and football as well as the occasional outing to popular attractions. If you prefer you can come along and just chill out on the sofas or enjoy a smoothie at the bar!

Christianity Explored

Each session is simple and relaxed, starting with a meal, and continues with a short Bible study followed by a DVD. The study is based on the Gospel of Mark, and as the story is opened up, Jesus walks off the pages of scripture and into peoples lives.
Ladies Fellowship

2:00pm

Each Tuesday at 3pm there is tea and coffee served for Ladies. This open to anyone in the community and there is a short talk.
